Are there fees for shipping a box with the USPS to canada from the USA other than the 25$ expensive price. Such as tax?

Also do you loose money if they pay you PayPal from canada address more than american stuff?

"Duty" is a type of tax on goods entering the country of destination. The amount of duty that might be payed is partly dependent on the type of goods and how they are declared.

If you ship via USPS I believe you should follow these guidelines:

No customs form/declaration is required for packages less than 16 ounces and not dutiable.

I believe that specific customs declarations may vary by country but as a rule you would use Customs Form 2976 for items of $400USD value or less and form 2976A for items that may be dutiable and/or of a value more than $400USD. Check with the USPS to be sure.

Any duty would be paid for by the receiver of the item.

Basically I believe you and your customer would deal with an "exchange rate" and your customer would pay you the current equivalent, in their currency, of your selling price. You would see your selling price minus the PayPal fee, of course.

You should ask and research PayPal yourself to be sure.
