Upgrade Roadblock

I tried upgrading from a Power to a Pro account this morning, but the following came up on my screen:
"There was a problem upgrading your account. Please try again or contact support"
I contacted support and am waiting for a reply, but does anyone have an idea as to why this happened? I don't think I did anything wrong on my end since all I had to do was click a button.
Thanks.

    Hi Shark,

Hmm. When you clicked, did you strike the mouse button briskly, or kind of soft? Kidding. :) It looks as though your financial institution is being crabby about the transaction. This could be due to a number of reasons including Internet security measures on the card. Can you check in with them and inquire as to why they won't process the transaction?

    Quick answer.
You know, it was almost as if I got a response from Robin before I left my desk. She said the roadblock most likely had something to do with my credit card, and she was right. I had replaced the card I used when I first joined SmugMug. So all I had to was update the database, and upgrade to Pro.
    Everything is cool now.
    Thanks.
