A few dark shots from a fringe of the Willamette river down here in Salem, OR. I like this dark look:









Here's a slightly different look to a portion of the Willamette river by Independence, OR:



It is best seen larger (1200+). In any case, any thoughts greatly appreciated.

I see what you are trying for and I like the idea. My feeling is that other than the last one they may be took dark. I don't think there is quite enough detail, at least as seen on my monitor. May bump up the exposure in some selected areas to open up the really dark areas.
