Print Size Question
Not sure if this belongs in this section or not...Mods feel free to move if appropriate....
I have, what I think is basic (stupid), question.
Last year I did a wedding for a couple who are just now getting around to ordering prints. They like one of the pictures so much that they would like to have it enlarged and framed for above their bed in the bedroom. (I was flattered)
They asked me what size would be best. - I've never printed a picture larger than 11x14 so I have no experience with large prints. My question is what size would you recommend. I know it depends, but what would you suggest. (assume a queen/king bed and that the print will be matted and framed, and that the picture itself can be printed up to that size) 18x24?
Thanks!
Vinnie

The image size for a bed would be bigger than a 20x30. A King size bed is 84 to 86 inches wide. So the smallest if they want one large image could be more like 30x40 or 24 x 36 and much of that will depend on the size of your original image and the crop of it too.

How many megapixels, was it a crop, is it nice and sharp.
Do you know hot to uprez it to maintain the quality?
Once you decide how large you can make it and maintain the quality, then suggest that size.
Just my .02 cents.
