Slideshow and Adobe Flash 10.0.22.87

I got the 'Holy HTTP Batman! You need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player...' error message when trying to view my photos in slideshow mode. (I love the SmugMug humor, by the way). :lust
Natually, I went to Adobe's site and installed the newest version (10.0.22.87), then re-started my PC (I know, I need to rectify this to a Mac as soon as possible). I still receive the error message when trying to view the slideshow; when I went to Adobe's site again to check the flash installation, it appears I've successfully installed the latest version?? Can someone please help? If this has been answered elsewhere, can you direct me to the response?
Thank you,
Jerri

It's the normal SmugMug slideshow you pull up while within a particular gallery. I'm just not sure if the problem is with my machine (and if so, how I fix it) or with the slideshow itself? Anyone else have this problem lately?
Also, what browser are you using? Version? And any addons? Are you at work where flash might be blocked?

I am using IE 7, no special add-ons, and I haven't made any system changes other than regular Windows updates since the last time I viewed the slideshow on my home PC (approx Jan).
I just checked and I can view the slideshow just fine on my work PC, so I guess the problem must be some setting on my home PC. Please don't take this the wrong way, but I don't feel comfortable posting my site link and password in an open forum; I have the entire site password protected because it includes family photos. I don't think the actual site is necessary for troubleshooting, since the problem appears to be local.
Can you point me to something where I would need the latest version of Flash to view it properly? I am thinking there may have been a hiccup during the installation, even though Adobe says it installed successfully.
Thanks again.
Jerri
Go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer and install the flash player again. Then close and restart your IE and try again.
If that doesn't help, clear your browser cache and SmugMug cookies.
To clear your cache in Internet Explorer 7, click on "Tools". It's in the top right corner of the browser. Then select "Internet Options". That's going to open a new window with some options. Make sure that the "General" tab is selected. Then click on "Delete..." under the Browsing History section. That will bring up another window. Locate the "Delete Files..." button and click on that.

Does it work in Firefox? You can get Firefox from here:

You don't need to post any passwords. We just need a link to one of your galleries so that we can verify that everything works as it should or if there are any special settings in the gallery. It would be sufficient if you would give us the gallery ID or the image ID of a photo within the gallery. That would allow us to lookup the gallery.
