Just PhotoShop, not the entire suite. I believe suitable products to upgrade from are CS through CS3.

As my experience with CS4 goes for many months now, it's *much* faster and *much* more convenient than all its predecessors. Think of jumping to 5DMkII from an original Digital Rebel (sorry for C-terminology)
