here should i ask this question?

I want to hiring an assistant photographer, i have already somebody in mind (he is 1 year experience, he is pretty good at work) , but i have no idea how much should i fairly paid him for one day of work (8 to 10 hours) for example (for wedding photography)?

    You have a lot of options here, and most depends on the responsiblities that you are going to give this person. I have seen plenty of people offer $10 to $20 per hour or a small percentage of the total package.

    Here is the responsibilities i gone give him:

    first of all i gone use him as a second photographer for complementarity and candid photos, and after sometime if his work is good and constant i gone give him entire wedding (beginning to the end of the day) to take care of.

    what fair salary do you suggest this time ?
