Hi, thanks for loving us! Our system is set up to charge your account on your anniversary date - so as long as your credit card on file is up-to-date, we'll bill you on your anniversary date - we don't have a way to pre-bill it, I'm so sorry!

i know my card is ok.. but if the data was out of date,, or the card was not sucsessful at the time of it being charged what will happen will, my account be deleted that day?????

or will there be nitification and a delay for me to re enter my details???

Your account would not be deleted that day You'd get a notice from us saying that your card would need to be updated. And you'd have time to fix that.

could you please tell me how long we are given to rectife any errors,, i ask as im offten for long periords of time away from the net due to im living in the amazan basen for the next 4 months at and this conection is by satalight so it might be a few days untill i pick up my messages??
