Wow...Roger Daltrey... was such a hottie back in the day... Loved him, but was totally freaked out by the Pinball Wizard movie...really didn't like the acid queen and all the snakes! Great shots! Nice lighting... thanks for bringing back the memories...

Great shots. Ever see that episode of Tales from the Crypt where Roger Daltrey played a war photographer? Funny, but pretty good episode.

Could Townshend even hear questions asked? I've heard he's almost deaf-- so much so he didn't play lead guitar on the last Who tour.

They're both looking good though-- especially considering where the other two band members are these days. :cry

Nice shots. I take it Roger Daltry left the mic in the stand and didn't swing it around by the cord? mwink.gif

    Thanks everyone.

Pete seemed to hear the questions fine - he did more talking than Roger and proved to be quite the raconteur.

I'm disappointed to report there was no mic twirling or equipment smashing.

Excellent photos...very sharp...well exposed. I've often wondered what happened to them. I was and am a big fan.

Thanks for sharing. What lens did you use. These are some of the sharpest photos that I have seen.

yeah, how did you get them that crips under (i would presume) less than ideal lighting circumstances? Flash + something like a <2.8 aperture lens? <img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6029383/emoji/rolleyes1.gif" border="0" alt="" >

    Thanks.

The ones of them at the desk were shot with a 70-200 f2.8L IS - no flash as they had spots focussed on them. The car ones were with a 16-35 f2.8 (I think) with fill flash. EXIF settings should be there for you to see here.

Thanks...I thought so...about the 70-200 IS...what a lens. You just can't beat the image stabiization on larger zooms.
