Declined shipment...

So I had a friend place an order from my site on Feb. 14th of this year. It says they have been shipped, but she hasn't received them yet. She told me that the post office had declined them for some reason, in which she doesn't know. The order number is 892604. Can anyone help me? I would love for her to get her prints, and I know she would love that even more.
