Hello -- posted this to support but wanted to see if anyone here might have an idea as well:

<style>BODY { MARGIN: 8px } .tr-field { FONT: x-small arial } </style>I am a Pro account user, I have a couple customer reports now who are unable to see pictures within the galleries on my web site. This is the information I have:

1. They can visit our website: www.pricelessimagery.com and they can see the slideshow rotating on the home page.

2. They can click the galleries link and can see the four available galleries.

3. When they click on a gallery they are unable to see any thumbnails or images at all.

I am unable to reproduce this on any of my in-house computers.

Any help or insight would be appreciated.

Thx!
fp

Had a very similar thing happening on one of my galleries. I thought it was password issues, but it sounds quite a bit like your problem. Hmmmmmmmm.
    Thanks, Matt

Are they using a Mac? Perhaps it is related to the Apple display bug :(

Have them write our heroes directly, we can assist.

Nope -- not using a Mac, rather Windows XP and Internet Explorer. I contacted support and when they reply I will loop the customer into the reply.
