Sepia Tint Action Set and Video

I completely rewrote the TLR Sepia Tone action set this weekend. The actions for adding film grain use a more realistic technique that I borrowed from my new TLR Film Grain Effects action set.
I also wrote a two-minute video that explains the features in the action set and describes how to modify the final effect on the photograph.
