Honeyeaters

Its been a while since I took a decent photo, but the drought has broken.
I went out to a local headland that was heathlands and found some cute honeyeaters.

    yes russ, well sort of . they eat nectar from flowers..
    that is why they have long bills..
    probably insects as well.. but not totally sure of that..
