Is there a way to be emailed whenever updates or changes are made to Smugmug? I see the release notes page but is there a way to be contacted via email whenever it updates?

Thanks-

Justin

    Use a feed reader - like http://google.com/reader :)

then put the feed into your feed reader.

http://blogs.smugmug.com/release-notes/ the feed link is at the bottom of the page.

    Thanks Andy --

I had a feeling that would be your answer and I can do the feed but as someone who does not already use feeds, it becomes one more place to check.

Is there any way to receive an email update to receive news/ updates?

I used to feel the same way about RSS feeds. Until I realised that there were 10-20 places that I was regularly checking for updates, and that instead of doing that, I could replace them all by a single feed reader.

That being said, if you want email updates, then I am sure there are several places on the web that will send you an email when an RSS feed is updated...

Also, bear in mind that more and more email clients (Apple Mail, etc) now have RSS subscription capability so you can read them alongside your emails if you want, meaning it becomes just as convenient as email.
