Delkin SD to CF adapter - used it?

As the prices of higher performance, higher volume SDHC cards vs. those for CF cards become more favourable every day, the Delkin SD to CF adapter appeals as a potentially attractive option for using SDHC cards in cameras designed for CF cards.

Has anyone got any relevant, first=person experience with this device to offer? :dunno

... and I think we have some members using an adapter with an Eye-Fi SD card in a camera that requires CF.

I have considered testing such an adapter but it would seem that having another device to translate the data stream as well as an extra set of contacts that have to mate and an extra doodad (the adapter) to remember to take (or lose) and when I want to change cards now I have an extra step to go through, ... well it all added up to a "not worth it" for any of my applications.

Thanks for the link, Ziggy. I did a search but didn't find that thread!

Anyone with experience of the use of this adaptor in a dSLR? I have a pool of SDHC cards which I'd be happy to be using in my 5D MkII where speed is not important.
