Mission Santa Barbara

Visited this old Mission at Santa Barbara, CA. The Missions were founded when California was a Spanish Colony and they provided shelter for travelers and also helped convert the natives to Catholicism. All political/cultural things aside, it's a nice place to visit.

10. They all have a small church inside with various statues. This one is of Jesus.

Nice, Tom. I like them all, but the fountain. I think that one's a bit boring. I love the unique view you bring to these places. Really great eye for details and patterns.

Ah Homer, I take him along for kicks and giggles. If "What the Duck" plush duck doll wasn't so big and made of plastic, I'd gladly take him along instead.
