Just before the sun set yesterday evening, I was driving to a friend's house to denoise his latest Pano and thought I may as well fire off a few shots of my own on my new 30D.
So far I'm absolutely thrilled with the new body.

5 RAWs processed twice (one +1.95 stop, one -1.2 stop) and then each pair gradient-mask blended to create a pseudo-HDR effect and then all handstitched in CS3.

This is a beautiful vista! Love the rolling fields. I have one nitpick though: the photo seems too light overall, and especially in the lower part and around the sun. With your RAW originals it might be worth trying to bring out more details in the sunset area as well as darken the fields to make the photo look more realistic. It might be a monitor problem as well - it helps to have it calibrated. I apologize if this is not the case with you.

I agree with Ana (I think that's the second time today ). My first reaction when seeing the picture was that it was a bit bright for that close to sunset. There is lots of beautiful details and I think it would take on a very nice mood through darkening.
