since my opinion is appreciated (we'll see about that ) here we go:
I think you got the hang of the structures and the editing, but....
the subject and the editing dont go well together in my opinion. I see a nice classy lady with a grungy editing and somehow they dont mix very well, leaving me less enthousiastic. I like your style but i just dont think your subject (or how she looks at this moment) is suited for it.
Hope it helps. somebody more educated (and with properly mastered english) will probably pop by shortly and give you some better feedback

I'm sorry my English is a bit poor..
@ Chrissiebeez_NL: I just experimented with same photos in different ways, so here is only this 'grunge' series, and maybe some shots are watchable more better in black & white, some in all colors or some of them- grungy like these.
@ mercphoto & divamum: it's a postproduction work. Of course, the main shot is essential. Then I played with several layers (grunge backgrounds and different color and b/w copies of the main photo), colors, adjustments and opacity.
@ photobanks, thank you.
I love them all and is difficult for me to mark one from others. But maybe #2 is a bit different. I call it "Summer". Can you feel that?..

I think all these are all wonderful portraits that you've posted, but I'd rather see these without the grunge look, as I don't think it adds anything to the already great portraiture you've been able to accomplish.
