Small Budget, 8/1/09, Norfolk Virginia

I write this with great sadness as I absolutely love these two! They were getting ready to book me but had some sudden and significant unavoidable expenses come up for their wedding which ended up putting me way out of their budget. This dear couple has family flying in from all over the country, and will be getting married in an absolutely stunning cathedral in downtown Norfolk Virginia. The reception is just around the corner in a newly restored retro themed theater.

If you are available on 8/1 for 5-6 hours, and can do a shoot to burn for $800, please leave your contact info here in this thread. I'll send off everyone's deets in a few days.

    Sorry, I also am too far away...

    But, how about suggesting that they make you the top choice on their gift registry? People could help give them a wedding gift that matters forever. I don't know how to do it, but think some business mind could come up with a paypal system for gifts defraying the cost of something they really need and want: a great wedding photographer. Or maybe the gift givers could purchase a coupon from you good for a certain dollar amount towards their photography.
