saturday night effect

I hear that there is a Saturday night lights effect that is used with the Nikon d40 camera. What is it? and how is it done?

    Its real tough to read your question when you use a black font.

    I never heard of a Saturday night effect. There's a night portrait mode you can set on the command dial. There's sky light filter effect you can apply from the menu selections.
