reciprocal links

My limited knowledge of Google suggests that a huge variable effecting the search position of a site is how many external links there are to that site.

I had an idea in reading another post (on marketing). Who might be willing to trade reciprocal links. Art mentioned he would in the other post, so Art, I have added you here http://joshhuntphoto.blogspot.com/

It is in the lower right hand corner --not too visible, I know, but that doesn't matter, as I understand it, to google. Anyone else want me to add them just ask, and if you don't mind adding www.joshhuntphotos.com, I'd appreciate it. (I didn't know how to add links to that sight, but they are linked, so that shouldn't matter either.)
