Getting sitewide changes to apply to gallery

I used the CSS to customize the home page of: http://carsons.smugmug.com/

I'm pleased with the look of that.

But now I can't seem to get that same sitewide setting to work on the gallery. http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/7772149_aQtX9

What "theme" or what css do I need to tell my galleries to look like the sitewide settings?

    I figured out that I can copy the styles from the site wide css block to make a new theme...but I still don't have the custom header or footer. One step closer.

    Any assistance is appreciated.

    You have hide owner enabled

    that makes your css not show up :D Turn hide owner to 'no' and all will be well.
