A Weekend in Vancouver

I had to burn some vacation days as I was maxed out and would stop accruing them, so I spent three nights in Vancouver last weekend. Here are some of my favorite landscape photos from the trip (haven't gone through the wildlife photos yet - that's going to take awhile...). All of these except #7 were shot from Stanley Park.

Thanks Awais, Bryan, Nikhil, and Adam. Vancouver is one of the three jewels of the Pacific Northwest (along with Seattle and Portland) - really hard to screw it up. I wasn't there for the best light (except that sunset which was spectacular), but there are so many reflections and great cityscape spots that you really can't go wrong, in fact, all of the Stanley Park shots I got to by foot from my hotel in the West End. And, it's pretty good for wildlife too around Stanley Park, there's a heron colony, Mute Swans, wood ducks, raccoons, and various other birds and waterfowl.
