Yes there are several of these videos from the same artist and all are wonderful! I was captivated as well and am testing some ways to get the Tilt-Shift effect in post.

I played with blurring in photoshop to achieve the effect on still images once but I didn't realize that could be done with a tilt-shift lens.

Twenty years ago, I was wondering about the viability of a tilt/shift lens for an SLR. Now that they're available, I want one more than ever!
