Just the cat next door

After a few months of not using my equipment, I suddenly felt like taking a few shots of the cat next door when she sat outside on my stairs, and I actually liked the result, even if the subject is kinda common :)

I love the expression on the cat's face and the pose, very regal!
I do find it's exposed a little on the dark side and very contrasty, but then again that's a matter of taste.
I also probably would've cloned out the chair??? in the background because it seems to be going right through the cat's head.
Other than that, I think you got a very nice shot of the neighbor's cat.
    Let's see some more thumb.gif

    Thank you for feedback!

Yeah, the chair is kinda disturbing, the problem was that I was not able to move it without chasing the cat away. The exposure might be a little on the dark side, but that was done intentionally, I am currently trying out some new tricks for b&w-conversion, personally I love contrasty pictures.
