No not at all
1st welcome
2nd our amiable Mod (Harry) has very soft
spot for lovely rodents and especially ones in
SNOW !!
The 2nd shot is the best of the two
Perspective is good. More Contrast would be good IMHO

This little guy is almost as hard to shoot as the zippy chickadee's, probably cuz he's always on the look out for Max, the "guard" dog.
Keeping in mind he's just out of the shade, much more contrast starts to blow the snow in front of him.....
