WTB: Canon Rebel XTi

Hello,
I am new to the forum and am interested in the canon rebel xti. Our stores only have the newer canon that I have been reading about that has trouble with focusing. I would like one in good condition maybe only a year old or so. Does anyone have one for sale? Thanks

Barb,

I moved this to the Flea Market which is where we buy and sell items, and I renamed the thread to better conform to the forum guidlines.

In addition to buying from DGrinners you might try:

KEH
Adorama
B&H

in their "Used" sections.

HI Sweet Spring I just got a Brand New Canon Rebel XTI off ebay from a dealer. you may want to check there.

Thanks, was it in good condition? Ebay scares me with something so expensive. You say it was from a dealer? Was it like a close out type deal? Thanks for your time. Barb

I have had very good luck buying on Dgrin, the community is top-notch. Look in the "Positive Feedback thread" for the seller's name for more info http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=7739

Of course, you need to satisfy your own doubts, but I have often done that by conversing with the seller, even over the phone. I have never had a bad deal here.

As for Adorama, KEH, and B&H, yes these are all large, commercial photography supply houses, and they can be trusted. They have detailed descriptions of the condition of the cameras, and they of course do not buy if they can not resell, so most of these have been tested to determine their value/price.

I have a Canon for sale
I have a Rebel XTi 400D that I got less than 2 years ago. It was a prize for the Canon shoot like a pro contest with the SD Chargers. I used it for the game and a few times, but most of the time it has been as a back up. I have Nikon and did not want to get doulbed up with lens for both. I like the camera but I have more Nikon gear and would like to get more. So I have decided to part with it. I have all the stuff that came with it and the box. I will send you a complete list and photos if you would like. Here is a link to the photos I shoot with it from the game.. Mind you they loaned me a Pro Lens for the game, it comes with the standard lens and I have a 35mm 2.8f Close-up lens as well.

What i can do if you'd like is to post the links to some of the dealers on Ebay that have new Rebel XTI camera's.
