A Few more form my recent trip to Acadia

Three days of shooting left me with to much for one thread, so here is a little more from before the big melt started. Enjoy

#4. The rest are from Hadlock Brook Falls, wich is a nice segmented and multi-tiered waterfall system with the trail following along the edge. In late March it was an icy hike in with lots of close calls and one fall(just a bruised butt no equipment was harmed in the making of these images:wink )

    Hi Peter,

    Acadia looks so beautiful! The landscapes are nice but I really like your shot of the bird. Looks like rough waters out there, but I'm sure he doesn't mind. :D

    Thanks for the comment. That day was cold with a gale warning in place that harbor is pretty protected but the waves were still 1-2 feet! Considering that loons spend their whole winter at sea they didn't mind the conditions that day.
