100mm Macro Lens

100mm Macro USM 2.8 is Here. This will serve me as Macro/portrait/medium telephoto lens. :lust:lust:lust

Ordered from Adorama few weeks ago after custom clearance it reached me today. It was disappointment to see how UPS took care of the package it seems like it was opened and abused:cry Adorama broucher is missing that is mentioned in Invoice. Heck after customs and taxes the total price i paid is equal to MP-E65 :cry No money left for flash.

But the lens is scary sharp . And i am lovin it :thumb

I have yet to get a good macro but am setting my sights on a 105 f2.8 Nikon.

I'll bet, after having dealt with less that satisfactory results from a couple of your other lenses, this has got be be a dream come true. I know it was for me!!

Great Shots. It took me awhile to notice the difference between kit glass and good glass but now it pops out when I look at a shot done with a good lens.

Thank you guys ! it is fantastic lens have to struggle at 1:1 but results are worth it

Its a great lens. I picked one up this week along with the MT-24 flash. It is a sweet combination.
