    Looks like you're right on the money with the timing..

    Even with a high fps rate, jumping lends itself best to one-shot per jump.. Take #2 and #3, the first of which is a bit too early, the second a bit too late... Also, the more head on you are, the harder it is to judge through the viewfinder if they are on the launch stride or one stride out.

    Your best angle is abou 30-45 degrees off head on, but #9 for the jumpers here is great.
