mobile me and custom domains

have a custom domain question.

apple host my web site. www.chrisvw.com i like my smugmug page alot http://chrisvw.smugmug.com/

i would like when someone types in www.chrisvw.com they see the smugmug page...BUT i dont want to lose the ability to publish pages via mobile me...you will see on my smugmug page there are links.

if i change my custom domanin in smugmug will i lose the ability to publish my site? thanks.
