I'm new here and am having problems viewing slideshows in Firefox. The same show does work for me in IE7. Both browsers are up to date and use the same version of Flash (10.0.22.87). Firefox is 3.0.8, Vista 32 with SP1. Here's the link to my gallery: http://misterbee.smugmug.com/gallery/7834111_TDRj8#507587610_Sw9jF Both of the listed slideshows in the help post did not work for me, although the cars on the bridge movie did. I tried disabling Adblock Plus and disabling hardware acceleration to no avail. What next?

PS The slideshow doesn't work either in full screen or partial.

Do you have any add-ons in your Firefox? Go to Tools menu > add-ons > extensions tab and list all the extensions you have in there.

If you have Adblockplus, try disabling that add-on and see if it helps.

I disabled Adblock Plus, no change. I then disabled all my extensions and now it works. I'll go back and enable them one-by-one to isolate the problem.

Solved! It was Adblock Plus after all. I guess it wasn't really disabled the first time. Are there any Adblock settings to avoid the problem or must I keep it disabled?

I guess you needed to restart Firefox for the add-on to get disabled completely.
What options do you have in Adblock? Try adding *.smugmug.com as a trusted site within the add-on.
