Refunds

Is there a way I can refund some customers a portion of the sale besides mailing them directly?

    Not your fault. I hadn't realised how much shipping for a single 8x10 was and I was shooting to keep the total under a certain price. THe $4.50 shipping blew way past my anticipated final costs to my customers.

    I have lowered my prices to make up for the shipping and I was looking to give a few customers back the difference.

    I'll work with them directly.
