If you post a smaller version, it might give us some idea of what the problems are. Also, if you have it posted on some photo site, you might be able to link to it. How To Post on Dgrin
I know what you think....so never mind that question....do you think there is any hope for it. I thought about adding a soft focus around the edge and that will help the pants a bit....but what about the faces, arms, legs!

The pants are hopeless. All you can do is make them gray as there's no detail there. I would crop out most of the bottom, even though the composition will suffer some. There are also areas of skin that are blown, but a good retoucher could probably fix that. Here's a 30 second version:
This was just adding a copy of the image as a layer in multiply mode. If you shot in RAW, it might be possible to do better, but the bottom line is that the shot was over-exposed. Sorry I can't be more helpful, but hopefully one of the post wizards can offer something better.
I think the faces are the least of the existing problems... From a few other portraits, structure and tone is rebuildable. The youngest in the middle might be a problem depending on how big the intended target presentation is.
The totally blown white fabric is a bigger problem, this is up for artistic consideration - it's a total remake/paint-in job.
10mins with som highlight rebuilding (nothing on the clothes) gave me this:
As Richard asked, did you shoot the picture in RAW mode? If you did, you could get almost 2-Stops of exposure relief by manipulating the RAW file first. That would make it slightly easier to pull it back.
I was able to recover the blown parts of the faces, but there is not much to work with in the white clothing.
I also thought the man's hair was a little blueish and also the bushes and the brick, so I took the blue cast out. 508980072_jCbcQ-L-Edit.jpg

Nah, just a dilettante. This needs a pro, I'm afraid. Sorry.
