Mt. Spokane

Took these shots while up on Mt. Spokane last weekend. I generally do not care for B&W shots, so I tried to antique on of them a bit. I would be interested in your thoughts.

looks like a neat spot, Ron... i think i like the first one best. i'm not a big fan of sepia/antique finishes, except on certain images, and for snowy mountains, the color is more dramatic IMHO...

Hey Ron,

I think the second shot takes the cake. You can really see the textures and the light without the distraction of color.

Nice shots of a beautiful mountain. If you go out the X-C trails past the Nova Hut to Horse Mountain there are some natural arches there that are unique as they don't usually form in metamorphic rocks. I'm looking forward to getting up there for some mountain biking once the snow clears.

Great capture - both nice shots. B&W is more dramatic and art like. Depends what look you prefer - both are keepers.
