Could you check your browser settings to see if it's set to accept cookies from us? Could be the cookie isn't being set after you login, then you'll get booted off. Settings instructions here: http://www.smugmug.com/help/cookies

    Hi Joe,

How exactly do you login? Are you using the enter key on your keyboard after entering your password? Instead, try using your mouse and click on the 'login' button. Does this help?

    Hi Sebatian

I went back this time and reset my password and yes i did click on login button and it worked. I did not stop there i went completely out and loged back in using the login button and it worked again. I still did not stop ishut down my PC and restarted and tried it again and it still worked with the login button. So for now it looks like it is working with the button. I also dont thank i did not have this problem untill i uploaded a new spyware program that keeps deleting my cookies. Do you think this might have somthing to do with it.

    Hi Joe,

I'm glad to hear that the login button does work for you.
Which version of Internet Explorer do you use?
Do you have any toolbars or add-ons installed in it? Check on the add-ons in the Tools menu > manage add-ons and list all the ones that are currently running.

That might help us in narrowing the issue down on why the enter key doesn't work for you for logging in.

What Anti-Spyware software did you install?

Version 5.1 (build 2600.xpsp_sp3) don't know what you mean by add ons.
