Always found the stick insect interesting in the way they move slowly. Very long insect with a very small head and long legs.
Creeping and sneaking around
And a look at that strange head
All the best macroholics.

What a great face on the second shot only a mother could luv it hu
I got given a nice big spider......well not as big as a huntsman, but I think it's from the ORB family........I'll be attempting to take its picture tomorrow, hope it doesn't take off before I get the chance cause I'll be doing it outside.
Thanks for sharing Danny.......... Skippy (Australia)

man, he's a good size. All the stick insects I've seen are more well err, stick-like. He's fat & green.

H: The design (engineering) just blows me away. From those leaf-like palps to the bumps on his head. Wow.
J: Nice pose in that second shot.
H: Thanks for sharing.

I'd let them walk all over me, and then my children weren't afraid of them. I never was able to get such a cool macro of their heads like you did though! Great shot.
