Welcome to the Group, The Posting is a Bit Small and looks to be Quite Crisp Detail. The Pose and Crop maybe Improved, The Duck Seems Very Centered in Frame, May want to Look a Rule of Thirds and Preferably you would Want the Duck Swining Toward you with good Eye Contact!! However I really like the Reflection you captured!!:D

Thanks for the feedback.. and yes I agree it would have worked better if the duck was swimming towards me.. next time.

I will also extend a welcome to Dgrin. I like the reflection you captured, but as was mentioned, the framing of the duck in the dead-center of the frame really takes away from the shot. DId you crop it down? If so, I would try a crop putting the duck in the lower left third of the frame.

Welcome. I like the soft colors with the duck blocking the sun. I also like the soft contrast. It gives the photo an artsy effect. Well done. thumb.gif

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
