Jewel Case Covers?

Does anyone know of a printer that will print jewel inserts? I know that I could just create something and send it off to the printers on regular photo paper, but I was hoping that someone knew of something that would be more sturdy, something substantial feeling... i.e Not cheap!

I haven't printed them myself. But, a couple places I've used do offer that type of printing. I am sure there are more places that offer similar service.

Go with a press printed 5x5 image- you can double side the printing. Bay offers that - so does Millers and a host of others.
