Bay Photo prints are a bit warm..

So, I ordered some prints.. as well as one of my customers ordered some prints from me. I know them personally so I was able to check them out and see what they looked like.
I'm really not that satisfied with them sadly. All the pictures seemed to be warmer than what they should be.. comparing the print to what I see on my screen. On some things this would be alright and not TO bothersome... But on some of my pictures I like to process them a bit warm... which with the warm prints from Bay Photo's turns from a bit..to a good bit [or should i say bad bit? heh].
Regardless... The real reason I am making this thread is to find out what I can do to keep this from happening? I don't have color correction turned on.. because well... then they have to assume what I wanted.. which worries me. Before I had a print ruined cause of this. I'm not trying to put Bay Photo down.. cause I mean... if they were not good.. then I guess Smugmug wouldn't have picked them. I just want to keep this from happening.
I would like to add that I calibrate my CRT monitor weekly with a Pantone Huey.
Any advice or input from other people who have made orders from them would be nice.
Thanks,
Parker

FWIW, we'll use Photoshop's eyedropper, to measure the values, not the results of Huey calibration device.

Here is the order number I believe #944267

On that order its not a real big deal
However... like I said.. I just want to kinda avoid this in the future. Or know if I need to have it set for color correction.
Only reason why I said that I use a Huey is just to say that the color on my monitor should be correct.

Thanks, I appreciate the support.
Ill post some of the pictures that I can really tell there is a slight color problem.
This one is one that right away I noticed.

This one I realized more or so after looking at it a bit... with it.. there were some pretty vibrant yellows along the edges of the leaves. Now they are more orange

Which then I went to my computer to check out several other of them and then realized that there may be a problem. Either on my end or on yalls.
But like I have said, This wasn't a major run of prints.. just something personal to put on my wall. However I would like to know what to expect with future prints.
I appreciate the support.

I just wish I knew what you were seeing.. This is somewhat what I hate about using a printing company that I can't physically contact.
I need to know of a way on how to correct this... Because its almost pointless to order future prints if they all show up warm. And like I said.. Im always hesitant to do color correction.. because you don't know what I intend the picture to look like.
I'm not trying to sound mean... Its just that this is actually very frustrating the more I look at the prints.
If you don't see any problems with the prints.. then there is something wrong on my end.. Which I need to know how to correct.
And if you can reprint them.. and also send me the gray scale printed with them.. I can then use that to calibrate my monitor a little further to correct for the prints.
Would it be possible to have a digital copy of the Gray scale you print so that I can compare the print to what is on the screen?
*edit* well, not reprint them.. but send me whatever it was that you printed.. Just so I can get my monitor looking like it should.. That's really the only way I can think of doing this.

On the order you are getting we corrected about 15 of them. So the ones we corrected should look less red and the others should match the prints you already have. Let me know when you get them and we can go from here. The ones with X on link below are ones we color corrected.

Gotcha.
I also purchased a new monitor yesterday. Maybe that might help things out as well.
And I have yet to receive them.. When should I be expecting them?
