Mounting

What's best...I've been told Gatorboard is pretty bulletproof; 1/2" won't cup (warp) and will be fine for stand-alone mounting. OK...but then I started searching around and found a couple more materials: Sintra and Dibond; these products look deadly! I'm a carpenter/cabinetmaker/woodworker and can size/alter virtually anything so raw product size isn't an issue, in fact I've considered using a plywood called Baltic Birch as a base, some mat or even foam core with a mitered edge next and then the photo...putting a double miter on the ply (really just "v-ing" the edge) to throw a shadow on the wall behind (the edge of that stuff is gorgeous...nine plys to the 1/2" material)...but I digress, heh. Original question still applys...need opinions and hands-on for these products!

Thanks,
