I live walking distance from the several beaches. Pat Bay is shallow, muddy and full of barnacle covered rocks, oysters and clams. At low tide it attracts flocks of sea birds and in winter his home to a motley collection of ducks and other visitors from further north. I took these shots in the late afternoon at low tide a few weeks ago. I was shooting into the sun trying to get the gulls silhouetted:
