very good captures, especially #3 - they convey a strong message, energy and understanding of what's going on. (although I'm not a fan of selective color) the BW conversions are terrific also!

I have seen selective color work, but very rarely. And it never worked as well as the first time I saw it (in Schindler's List.) You have to think about it very carefully because it makes such a strong statement that it usually nullifies everything else about the image.
Wish I had known about any Tea Party in Austin. I would have gone and supported one.

Selective color is something I was playing with, but now I see exactly what you are saying. I really wasn’t trying to say anything, just playing, but it does look a bit cheesy, I think I’ll go back to the straight B/W.
