Becoming a Support Hero

I'm still on my free trial of SmugMug, but I love the site already. I also have over 20 years of experience in customer service and photography. I've sent an email to the [EMAIL="Help@smugmug"]Help@smugmug[/EMAIL], and they advised it was forwarded to Andy.

What else can I do in order to talk to someone about becoming a support hero for smugmug?

    Well, my church is having face painting tomorrow afternoon. Nothing like the great make-up artists you all have, but maybe that will get me noticed by Andy.
