I am having a very hard time finding help here. I tried to type the help at smugmug.com link and it has a dialog box that comes up with nothing but a X in the corner to close. That is not much help. I paid for a pro account and I changed my domain for my account per the instructions for changing the cname and A record. My register checked my settings and confirmed them to be correct. I have worked over a week on my page and can't get to my galleries from the Your Photos link. I ended up deleting everything and starting over, now I still can't get to my galleries. It looks like they may still be under the smugmug.com address. Does anyone know anyone who could point me in the right direction so I may get this problem resolved? I am about to throw in the towel and just cancel my subscription.

Hi Nancy, Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your SmugMug site. I just looked at it and you've still got photos on it, I only see two site graphics that have been deleted. Besides that everything else is still there.

I looked up your domain name and it is only half way set up. You have the correct A record but you are missing the CNAME record. I'll be more then happy to set it up for you or help you set it up. You can email us at the help desk: http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal with the following and I'll get your domain set up for you:
    • your smugmug nickname or a link to it (not the custom hostname)
    • your domain host name (who is your domain registrar)
    • your custom domain (some users have multiples so I need to know which to work on)
    • the login id at the domain host
    • the domain host password (I do not need your SmugMug login)
    • Change your password to something random and send me that new password.
Please send us an email to the help desk so we can get you up and running.

Very strange - what browser and system are you running? We'd like to find out why the form foiled you.

Just put our email address in your email system and send us an email directly :D

Hello Andy: I sent an email to contact and the reply from lindy was a follows:
Sorry about the display issue you're seeing with the contact form. If you can open your browser window to a larger size, you should be able to see the send button, just below the form.

[FONT=&quot]Please let us know if you have other questions or need help with something else. We're here for you, whether you use the form, or not. :-)

I have a 25.5 monitor with the screen resolution set to 1920 by 1200. I have my screen maximized. I changed the view to full screen moved the dialog box up to the top of the tool bar. I still do not see the send buttom. Attached is the image capture.

Hi, so I can tell by the three-line footer in your grab that you have the browser zoomed - can you try resetting the zoom to 0 or default? Let me know if that fixes the issue.

Guess I should have read Firefox for Dummies..I have never used the zoom + - in Firefox, but I have used that key combo in photoshop. Maybe that is where it got changed trying to multitask. Can see it now.clap.gif Many Thanks!
