I realized a long held dream of being able to observe and photograph lesser prairie chickens on their leks. A bonus in the area were yellow-headed black birds, scissor-tailed flycatchers, swainson's hawks and others.

I would've liked better photos of the scissor-tails, but I had spent enough time and effort there for one trip.
