Went for a visit to Cootes Paradise today. Didn't see any cootes :dunno , but did find a few other opportunities.

Lilacs of some sort I think...

Lots of purple flowers on the trails. (Seemed more purple in real life, but I couldn't massage the colors in PSE to make it look right)

Tons of these guys underfoot (I had to scrape my shoes off before getting back in the car :D )

Got gang-raped by a bunch of these guys in the woods :uhoh

Pissed off some of these guys on a marsh boardwalk (almost fell in the swamp while panning over my head for the BIF)

Cute little guy, very friendly

Would've been better if I had a canoe to get closer to these Cormorants(?)

Whew... all in all a good day I'd say...

    Hey Brett,

You did have a very good day. That second flower shot is excellent and the flight shot was a fine capture of a very difficult subject. clap.gif

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
