Password for Subcategories ?

Hello, it's my first post in this forum. I'm a early users of smugsmug. I've a power account.

I want use one subcategory only for my family and protected this one but i don't have find the solution... Only the gallery can be protected and it's not really convivial.

Do you have another solution for share friendly and in security all the family photo's?

Hi LioO and welcome to Dgrin!

We don't have a way to password protect a category, but it should work just fine if you password protect each gallery with the same password for your family to access. Then, they would have to enter the password only once and be able to view all galleries with the same password.

If you don't want that, you could make the galleries unlisted so that they don't show for your visitors. Add them all to a sharegroup and send the link to the sharegroup to your family. Here's more on sharegroups.
