I don't usually do wildlife, my own or animals, here are a few I have caught in the year since I began learning how to use my camera.

This was a complete surprise to me. I wandered out one AM and saw a tall bird on the edge of a dirt lot on a neighborhood man made lake, so I shot it. When I got home the colors looked, awful all greens and blues, but I had no idea what to expect it was my very first time to shoot in the early morning light, I did not know how magical it would be. I can't see much in my view finder am usually pleasantly surprised when I get home. I was very proud of this.

A year later.. went out looking for birds, we have a wonderful wetlands type park here in Gilbert, AZ. Always something fun to shoot.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
