    That is great. It's not cheating! I have a few in my yard I want to get to come closer. I think I'm going to try a few of these tricks I've been reading about. Great shot, they're hard to corner!

    Fantastic Bud. I have that same feeder but my red bellied woodpeckers ignore it. They prefer my tray feeder.

    Thanks everyone for the kind comments. I just get the feeling that it would be a much more satisfying capture if I had to work a bit for it, like Ric's "In the tangle" thread. Pick something out of what seems like nothing.

    I take what I can get though and at least in this one the color and detail showed up for a change. :D
